By providing your credit card information, you authorize Kraken Media to charge the card for the services requested. Charges may occur either as a one-time payment for individual services or on an ongoing, recurring basis for subscription services, according to the agreed billing schedule (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually).

In the event of a declined payment, Kraken Media reserves the right to retry the charge or contact you to resolve the issue. If payment is not resolved within the designated grace period, services may be suspended or terminated. If you wish to cancel, please contact Kraken Media by email at developer@krakenusa.com.
